Chuck has led organizations ranging from $15 million private-equity-backed businesses to functions within $250 billion healthcare enterprises. His career includes senior leadership in operations, technology, product development, digital engagement, cost management, and organizational transformation.

As Chief Information Officer of Blue Cross of Idaho, he led technology strategy and digital transformation while advancing health-data interoperability as a founding benefactor member of the HL7 FHIR Da Vinci Project. He previously served as Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice President of Operations and Technology at Delta Dental of Minnesota and as Chief Executive Officer of BoundaryMedical, where he led the company through a successful private-equity exit.
