How to Connect Your Apps
Access Integration Settings
Open the Food for Health app and navigate to your profile settings. Look for the "Connected Apps" or "Integrations" section in the menu.
- Tap the menu icon (three horizontal lines) in the top left corner
- Select "Settings" from the menu
- Choose "Connected Apps & Integrations"
Browse Available Integrations
Explore the comprehensive list of compatible apps organized by category. You can search for specific apps or browse by category such as fitness, nutrition, medical tracking, and more.
- Use the search bar to find specific apps
- Filter by category to discover relevant integrations
- View app descriptions and data sharing details
Authorize Connection
Select the app you want to connect and follow the authorization process. You'll be redirected to the app's login page to grant Food for Health permission to access relevant health data.
- Tap "Connect" on your chosen app
- Log in to the third-party app if prompted
- Review and approve the data sharing permissions
