Rich Howard brings more than two decades of experience in software engineering, SaaS, cloud computing, and systems integration. Food for Health® draws upon that expertise to shape the secure, scalable technology foundation behind its personalized food-as-medicine platform.
About Rich
Rich has spent more than 24 years at SPS Commerce, where he serves as a staff software engineer within one of the retail industry’s largest cloud-based trading networks. That sustained tenure reflects both deep technical fluency and the practical discipline required to operate software that businesses depend upon every day.
He is also the owner of RichCafe Consulting, which he founded in 2002, and previously managed application development for Midwave. Across these roles, Rich has worked where architecture, integration, reliability, and real-world business requirements meet.
As Chief Technology Officer, Rich brings a builder’s perspective to Food for Health®. His work helps ensure that sophisticated clinical logic, personalization, data, applications, and partner connections function as one coherent and dependable experience.
